As an educator with over a decade of experience teaching English, I already had high job satisfaction and absolute confidence in my teaching abilities; however, my unexpected struggle to help my own dyslexic ADD daughter learn to read and focus made me re-think everything I thought I knew.
Davis programs took down the seemingly insurmountable barriers to learning for my daughter. Since her success, she and I have referred anyone who would listen to Davis.
We have watched the transformation in numerous close friends and family members who took Davis Programs and in 2016 I began working as a private tutor assisting families as needed with post-program student learning. I then completed Davis facilitator training myself to become a licensed Davis facilitator.
There is no career more meaningful than that of a Davis Program Facilitator, and nothing more gratifying than giving someone with dyslexia or ADHD the exact tools they needs to reach their goals.
I never cease to be amazed at how empowering Davis Programs truly are.
Since my Dyslexia Correction Program in 2014, I've wished I could help others like me understand that reading doesn't need to be hard!
I know what it's like to go through a program and I enjoy supporting others through follow-up work so they can benefit fully from Davis like I did.
Davis taught me that I can keep my dyslexic gift and use it to my advantage - even for school work. I will never stop telling people about Davis programs and how they changed my life!
